EASY HAMBURGER WELLINGTON

Elegant and Easy Meat Loaf Dish!
 
1 Egg
2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1 Cup (1/2 Pt.) Knudsen® Sour Cream
½ Cups Dry Breadcrumbs X
¼ Cup Hamburger Relish
¼ Cup Finely Chopped Onions
1 ½ Teaspoons Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups Biscuit Mix
Parsley for Garnish
 
Preheat oven to 425°F. Beat egg slightly in large bowl. Mix in ground beef, Knudsen® Sour Cream, breadcrumbs, relish, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a loaf about 12-inches long. Prepare biscuit dough by adding 1 cup of Knudsen® Whipping Cream to biscuit mix and knead until smooth and elastic. On well-floured board, roll out to a 12 inch square and then put the meat loaf in the center and wrap dough around. Moisten overlapping edges to seal. Place loaf with the overlapped edges down on a baking sheet. Cut several small vents on top and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and continue baking one hour. Serve whole on a platter and garnish with parsley. Makes 8 servings.
