COTTAGE PIZZA BREAD

Great TV Snack!
 
1 (1-lb. Loaf) Frozen Ready-to-Bake Bread
1 Egg
1 Cup (1/2 Pt.) Knudsen® Cottage Cheese
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ Teaspoon Basil
½ Teaspoon Oregano
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
1 (6 oz.) Can Pizza Topping
½ Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
 
Butter a 13” x 9” x 2” baking dish. Thaw bread and divide in half. Stretch half to fit buttered baking dish. Press into place, forming slight rim. In small bowl, beat egg and blend in Knudsen® Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Spread evenly over dough. Stretch the remaining half of the dough to fit baking dish. Place over filling and press edges to seal. Let rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread pizza topping evenly over bread. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
