2 Eggs
1 Cup (1/2 Pt.) Knudsen Sour Cream
2 Cups Knudsen Vitamin D Milk
2 1/3 Cups Biscuit Mix
2 Tablespoons Knudsen Butter- Salted (Melted)
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Blend in Knudsen Sour Cream. Stir in Knudsen Vitamin D Milk. Mix well. Add biscuit mix and beat until smooth. Stir in melted Knudsen Butter. Cook on lightly oiled griddle or fry pan. Turn pancakes when surface bubbles begin to break. Makes about 20 four-inch pancakes.
