QUICK KNUDSEN HAMPSHIRE SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES

Give a fresh flavor to packaged scalloped and au gratin potatoes!
 
1 (6 ½ oz. pkg.) Scalloped Potato Mix
Boiling Water
2/3 Cup Knudsen® Vitamin D Milk
2 Tablespoons Knudsen® Salted Butter

2 Teaspoons Flour
½ Cup Knudsen® Sour Cream
Breadcrumbs
 
In a 1 ½ quart baking dish, prepare scalloped potatoes with boiling water, Knudsen Vitamin D milk and Knudsen Butter according to the package directions, except mix flour with dry sauce mix and blend into the Knudsen Sour Cream before adding potatoes and water. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake according to package directions. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Variation: For Au Gratin Potatoes, substitute 1 (6 ¼ oz. or 6 ½ oz.) package of Au Gratin Potato Mix for scalloped potato mix.
