Festive Onions

"A simple to prepare, creamy onion dish."


 4 cups sliced onion
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup Alta Dena heavy whipping cream salt to taste ground black pepper to taste
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs


1. Saute onions in butter or margarine until transparent. Place in 2-quart baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in cream, and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over onions, and sprinkle cheese.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
