Easy Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups Alta Dena milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fruit or berries
  • Fruit for garnish

How to

  1. In medium bowl whisk together chia seeds, milk, honey and vanilla. Cover; refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  2. To serve, gently stir chia pudding mixture to break up any large clumps of seeds. For each serving, spoon ¼ cup fruit mixture into bottom of small glass jars or parfait glasses. Top with ¼ cup chia pudding mixture. Garnish with additional fruit.

Tip: Chia pudding can be stored refrigerated for up to 5 days, but taste and quality is best when consumed within 2 to 3 days.
Tip: For a thicker texture, add additional 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
