Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups Alta Dena milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups chopped fruit or berries
- Fruit for garnish
How to
- In medium bowl whisk together chia seeds, milk, honey and vanilla. Cover; refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, gently stir chia pudding mixture to break up any large clumps of seeds. For each serving, spoon ¼ cup fruit mixture into bottom of small glass jars or parfait glasses. Top with ¼ cup chia pudding mixture. Garnish with additional fruit.
Tip: Chia pudding can be stored refrigerated for up to 5 days, but taste and quality is best when consumed within 2 to 3 days.
Tip: For a thicker texture, add additional 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
